Back For My Daughter

Chapter 949 Appointing Li Zhiyun And Removing Liu Kang!

"So, this person called Ye Qian, you say that he reminds you of the master you met that day?

A woman in her 50s asked while stirring on the chair beside a table.

"Yes mom, but at the same time, he also feels different, maybe it\'s just my overthinking."

A young woman in her late 30s who was also in front of her nodded while giving it a thought.

The two pairs of women were none other than Han Xiaowen and her mother Li Zhiyun.

After coming back from the meeting with the company about the appointment of Li Zhiyun as the head of the Human Resource Department for the time, the situation had finally calmed to a much better degree.

But this time, the pair of mother and daughter were shocked to find that the person whom they had thought would want to poke his nose and stop Li Zhiyun from taking this position had not even tried to attend the meeting much less try to entice an opposition against this proposal from Han Xiaowen.

Although they were a bit amazed to not see Han Lao taking this chance to berate them into trying to amass the company\'s higher positions since this was what they had been preparing for.

But what they had thought of never happened, in fact, the meeting could not go any smoother.

Within just half an hour, the removal of Liu Kang was signed and Li Zhiyun was appointed at the Head of the HR of all of the Han Industries.

If it was a normal company then the Head of the HR department could not account to much, but this was the Han Industries they were talking about.

The HR position in the Han Industries would be just like below one and above all.

The head of HR would only be practically second to the CEO structurally, of course, there were many roles at play, but being the head of the HR department was more like a province\'s king.

And very likely, the person\'s interaction and power with the employees would be far greater when in compared to that of the CEO.

The reason was simple, the CEO would appear only during the board meetings and also when there were some really important decisions about the company were to be made, but usually, most of the decisions would be handled by the Head of the Human Resources Department.

And this was also the reason as to why Mr Jiang was able to hide so many secret transactions and commissions that he had taken from so many companies in order to use their raw materials.

Of course, at that time, it was Liu Kang who was the head of the HR department and along with him, Mr Jiang was able to carry this kind of thing while sharing a good share of money along with him.

But with Li Zhiyun, none would dare to even dream of doing something like this.

Of course, when she was appointed as the Head of the HR department, many people had their faces turned pale as if all the blood from their bodies had been sucked out.

Just by taking a glance would make one understand why they had turned like this as well.

It was a look that would appear on a thief\'s face when they had been caught in peril while trying to steal something.

And this was not just going to be simple.

Because being caught by Li Zhiyun would not be any closer to the likes of a thief being caught by the police, but like prey being caught by a fierce predator.

Almost everyone in the upper echelons of the Han Industries knew of Li Zhiyun and her ruthless handling within the company.

It was also this reason why no one didn\'t dare to do anything like this even after half a year when she had been in a vegetative state, not knowing when she would wake up and be like a scythe of a grim reaper removing them from their position like cutting grass.

"Hmm."

Li Zhiyun nodded and then her gaze turned serious as she remembered the meeting in the afternoon.

"But what happened today, I will not it get easy if there is someone wrong."

"Letting them off will be like letting a poisonous snake live in your house even after it bit you once."

Her words almost caused Han Xiaowen to shudder in fright.

Although Li Zhiyun was a very good mother and she would not deny that, but when it came to matters of management, none whom she had met could be said to be as strict and ironclad as that of her mother.

"Hmm."

Han Xiaowen nodded, although she knew that her mother\'s words were a bit too extreme, she also knew that letting people like this to stay in their company would only harm it and in fact would have a bad result if they were to cover their eyes and letting go of such matters.

She was obviously unaware of the facts about Liu Kang and Mr Jiang\'s doing secret transactions while trying to fill their pockets.

Hand Xiaowen knew that if she knew and where to give a blind eye to their actions then their confidence would have in fact turned stronger and such actions would have gotten stronger along with time.

Of course, after learning from her mother, Han Xiaowen was really angry and had already thought of kicking out both of Li Kang and Mr Jiang from the company.

But after hearing her mother\'s words she understood that it would be detrimental to their company if two such people with bigger positions were to be removed.

Not only would it harm the reputation of the company but it would also make many people and the people who had invested in the Han Industries have a questionable gaze at their management and their work too.

That would result in a small catastrophe which would continue to get bigger until Han Industries would need to comb through all of their employees.

And this would cause the Han Industries to lose its reputation for quite a long time pulling it out of its position by a few decades at least.
